A Focus On Our Novice /Developmental Swimmers
The FAA Developmental Framework
Hi All,
In just a short time, FAA has come a long way. Thank you for trusting us with your children—it’s been amazing to see the growth across every level of our program. While many people recognize the national-level success we’ve had with our elite swimmers, we want to emphasize that our focus is just as strong on developing athletes at the novice and foundation levels.
This year, we’ve made it a priority to elevate our novice and development programs. We’ve added staff, expanded meet opportunities, and are using our Levels System to give swimmers a clear, structured pathway to build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need for long-term success.
To kick this off, I’ve put together a short screencast. Please take a few minutes to watch—it’s incredibly helpful when parents, swimmers, and coaches are all aligned and working toward the same goals.
