Florida Atlantic Aquatics Ranked #10 Nationally Among Medium-Sized Age Group Teams by ASCA
FAA continues to climb nationally, moving from a Top 20 small-team ranking to #10 among medium-sized age group programs in just its third year.

Florida Atlantic Aquatics has been ranked the #10 Medium-Sized Age Group Team in the nation by the American Swimming Coaches Association in its 2026 Top Age Group Team rankings.
For our program, this is an important step.
In our second year, FAA was ranked 19th nationally among small teams. One year later, as the team continued to grow, FAA moved into the medium-team division and climbed to #10 in the country.
That part matters.
Growth can sometimes make it harder to keep standards high. More swimmers, more groups, more moving parts, and more responsibility across the entire program. So to move up while also moving into a larger team category says something about the swimmers, the families, the coaching staff, and the system being built every day at FAA.
This ranking is not about one swimmer, one group, or one meet. It reflects depth. It reflects development. It reflects a lot of daily work from athletes who are learning how to train, compete, improve, and carry themselves at a higher level.
The ASCA Top Age Group Team rankings recognize programs based on 10–14 year-old athletes and their performances in relation to USA Swimming AAA and AAAA time standards. The rankings are designed to measure both achievement and program depth.
At FAA, we are proud of the recognition, but we are even more proud of what it represents.
It represents young swimmers taking steps forward. It represents coaches teaching skills, habits, race details, and accountability every day. It represents families trusting a process that is not always instant, but is built to last...and it represents a program that is continuing to prove that development can scale.
We are still a young program. We are still building. We are still learning. But this is another sign that FAA is moving in the right direction.
Congratulations to our swimmers, families, and staff on this national recognition.
See you at the pool - Rich
